When Ericsson called us, they told us that they are looking forward to have an agency on-board which knows usability and user journey on the website. And that they are looking forward for the best one. We went through many rounds of discussions along with the other competitors. We got selected based on approach towards their product development requirement. We presented them the concept of product development based on the usability and user experience journey. All the stakeholders liked our approach and awarded us the project out of a tough competition.
